BELMONT, CA – March 7, 2024. LuxCreo, Inc., an innovative solutions provider for dental 3D printing, announces the appointment of Phil Verghis as Chief Customer Experience Officer, bolstering its commitment to providing outstanding customer success. With an expansive career spanning three decades, Verghis brings his expertise in customer-centric strategies, including being on a number of industry associations’ advisory boards. His track record includes multiple accolades for spearheading innovations in customer support and success.

“Phil Verghis’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for LuxCreo,” remarked Mike Yang, Chief Executive Officer of LuxCreo. “His wealth of experience and visionary leadership will undoubtedly elevate our customer success team to new heights.”

LuxCreo reinforces its dedication to unparalleled service by expanding its Customer Success team with seasoned leaders. Verghis leads a team that includes recent notable hires Greg Johnson as Senior Customer Success Team Manager North America, and Jacob Oppenheimer, a veteran in the dental industry, appointed as Senior Account Manager for Customer Success.

“For the first time in 20 years, after running my own businesses, a company has intrigued me enough for me to join them. I look forward to working with the team, our customers and partners to make a significant impact during this transformative period,” remarked Phil Verghis. “Together, we will continue to redefine industry standards and exceed customer expectations.”

Founded in 2019 and backed by venture capital firm, Kleiner Perkins, LuxCreo quickly made in-roads in the footwear and dental industries with a focus on innovating an integrated 3D workflow (including digital design, resins, software and hardware). 2023 saw major leaps forward for LuxCreo in its dental journey. It obtained the world’s first 510(k) FDA clearance for a direct print aligner, backed by clinical data on effective tooth movement. When combined with LuxCreo’s innovative digital polishing results, this resin and the iLux Pro workflow provides the dental industry with a truly clear, direct-printed, safe and effective aligner that can be delivered to a patient in just hours.
