Your Role & Core Mission

We are seeking a strategic and driven sales leader to build, manage, and scale our partner ecosystem. You will be the mastermind behind developing strategic partnerships with dental labs, resellers, distributors, and technology partners to drive massive adoption of LuxCreo’s one-click digital workflow solutions.

 

l Develop & Accelerate North America Revenue Growth: Define sales strategy, effect market execution and accelerate revenue growth from 1 to 100 to lead the market.

Who You Are:

· A demonstrated top-sales, with annual sales of $1M+ in the past 3 years

· An entrepreneurial builder, comfortable prospecting and independently building a pipeline while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

· A customer-centric relationship architect with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· A tech-savvy, organized professional proficient in leveraging CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage and forecast business.

· A collaborative cross-functional team player who can work seamlessly with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

· Willing and able to travel as needed.

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
