Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a candidate who is inspired by the transformation happening with the latest advancements in 3D printing and wants to be part of this movement. This role bridges the gap between LuxCreo’s innovative technologies and customer needs and manages project delivery and installation. A successful candidate will be able to identify customer needs and translate these needs into key technical criteria. This candidate will then deliver this technology as a cohesive product that solves customer problems and adds business value.
The Applications and Integrations Engineer will often be in a customer-facing role and will be responsible for smooth delivery and installation of key technologies. This person should be highly organized, experienced at client management, and collaborative across departments around the globe, while maintaining a strong technical grasp of additive manufacturing technologies. This candidate will also be expected to be comfortable in a lab or manufacturing setting and may be expected to perform technical tests and audits where needed. A successful candidate will have high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and team-oriented disposition. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in technical and client facing roles
- 3D printing experience preferred but not required. Quality candidates from other fields are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and offer Luxcreo’s innovative solutions to solve their problems
- Ensure successful installation at customer site
- Educate customers on Luxcreo’s products, helping them achieve optimal results
