Field Marketing Manager

Position Summary: 

We are looking to hire a candidate who is inspired by the transformation happening with the latest advancements in 3D printing and wants to be part of this movement.  Candidates must have field marketing experience to hit the ground running and grow LuxCreo’s marketing team. This individual would be responsible for generating new leads, understanding market trends, and working cross-functionally within the company.  Familiarity with 3D printing and related products and printing procedures is preferred. This individual would also be responsible for driving campaigns and converting leads into sales. A successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and team-oriented disposition. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Summary:

Responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales team to schedule and conduct campaigns, trade shows and other marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
  • Contact and meet potential clients on a regular basis for new opportunities.
  • Develop positive relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Coordinate proactively with marketing team for development of marketing collaterals, website content, newsletters, etc.
  • Generate new leads for marketers or sales representatives through trade shows, campaigns, webinars, meetings, emails, conferences, etc.
  • Develop effective and creative campaigns.
  • Generate and analyze metric reports to measure the success of marketing programs.
  • Support development of marketing programs and materials to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure that marketing programs, materials and website are updated with latest sales information.
  • Participate in industry meetings, sales conferences, outreach events, etc to promote company’s products/services.
  • Track market and company sales performance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • 5+ years of Product and Marketing experience required
