Territory Manager- Dental Aligner Solutions

Department: North America Sales 
Reports To: Vice President of North America Sales 
Location: Remote

Position Summary: 

The Territory Manager at LuxCreo is a high-impact sales professional responsible for achieving sales goals, expanding territory revenue, and fostering strong client relationships within the dental aligner space. This role combines hunter instincts for new business development with farmer acumen to grow existing accounts. As a strategic contributor and sales leader, the Territory Manager also supports regional team training and development while promoting the use of LuxCreo’s advanced digital workflow solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales Execution & Business Development 

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new dental aligner business opportunities. 
  • Consult with dental professionals and decision-makers to promote LuxCreo’s solutions. 
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle. 
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the dental aligner market and competitive landscape. 

Account Management & Growth 

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue potential. 
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with product and marketing teams. 
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through regular communication, on-site visits, and product training. 

Sales Process & Reporting 

  • Master Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity, customer engagement, and forecast performance. 
  • Submit timely and accurate sales reports, expense reports, and customer documentation. 
  • Ensure alignment with LuxCreo’s strategic KPIs and sales processes. 

Channel & Partner Development 

  • Build and develop reseller and channel relationships; support joint marketing and education initiatives. 
  • Lead seminars and onboarding for partner groups to expand market reach. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5  years of successful B2B sales experience (dental or healthcare industry preferred). 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quota over at least 3 of the last 4 quarters. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer relationships. 
  • Prior experience in a team leadership or mentorship capacity is highly desirable.

Compensation & Incentives: 

LuxCreo offers a competitive base salary and commission structure designed to reward consistent sales execution and long-term client growth. Commissions are paid based on revenue received and aligned with quota achievement, reinforcing quarterly consistency over end-loaded performance.

Customer Integration Specialist

The Customer Integration Specialist at LuxCreo is a proactive customer facing professional responsible for increasing product utilization and fostering strong client relationships within the dental aligner space. This role combines some hunter instincts for new business development with a strong farmer acumen to grow existing accounts. As a strategic contributor and integration leader, the Customer Integration Specialist also works within the overall sales and team promoting the use of LuxCreo’s advanced digital workflow solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Account Management & Growth

  • Proactively grow relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue potential specifically in consumable sales.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities using account management tools
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through regular communication, some on-site visits, and product training.

Sales Execution & Business Development

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new subscription opportunities.
  • Consult regularly with the CST and Sales Team to comprehensively work with the departments to drive inactive users to education and training.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, product orientations and basic training of the ILPD solution.
  • Identify and sell advanced training courses to further drive integration levels.

Sales Process & Reporting

  • Master Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity, customer engagement, and forecast performance.
  • Master the ability to drive Customer Integration through our Subscription platform.
  • Submit timely and accurate sales reports, expense reports, and customer documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with LuxCreo’s strategic KPIs and sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5  years of digital workflow Dental experience
  • Strong Dental background
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
  • Prior experience in a Dental office is highly desirable.
