Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional with a hunter plus farmer mentality for aligner solutions for dental clients. This role requires simultaneously pursuing new business opportunities in the dental industry and a strategic thinker who can effectively leverage existing accounts.

 

Qualifications

  • B.A. or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of proven record in growing B2B sales.
  • Experience in the Dental or Healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Pursuance for Potential Growth: Alongside account management, the candidate should demonstrate a strong hunter mentality to actively seek and pursue new business opportunities. They should possess the drive and determination to identify potential leads, cold call, network, and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
  • Leveraging Existing Resources: The candidate should be adept at cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients in our network, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their revenue potential. They should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build trust, loyalty, and rapport with clients over time.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Create and execute a strategic plan to grow account value by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted value propositions that address client needs, driving revenue growth and deepening account relationships.
  • Sales Project Engagement Management: Conduct fast screening on opportunities, identify those with potential and set up meetings for CRO to originate deals; follow through key customer projects with high potential and report back re progress to project team.
  • Developing Reseller & Channel: The ideal candidate should be capable of talking directly to the reseller/channel leadership, building up the partnership from scratch, and organizing seminars for reseller/channel group.

 

Skills

  • Fast Learner: Gain familiarity with dental aligner solutions or orthodontic practices after one month’s training. Be passionate about staying updated on the latest industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively deliver product demonstrations, articulate value propositions, negotiate contracts, and respond to customer inquiries. The candidate must possess the ability to deliver compelling presentations. Also, the candidate is open to candid internal communication for advice and improvement.
  • Result-Oriented: The candidate should be target-driven and have a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas. They should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.
  • Team Player: Collaboration with various internal teams, such as product, marketing, and CST, is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives. The candidate should be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Skilled in Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce, able to work via the platform providing timely input & reporting.

As part of your compensation package in addition to base salary, we offer commission payouts that provide a consistent stream of income and ensure that your hard work is recognized and rewarded in a timely manner. Our commission structure is designed to reward consistent sales efforts and discourage lump-sum sales at the expense of quarterly performance. We believe that consistent sales efforts contribute to the long-term success of the team and the company, and we value your dedication to achieving our goals through consistent efforts. Sales commissions are paid out regularly based on payments received by LuxCreo. Sales Manager and team commission are based on exceeding the quota plan below. Commission payments are subject to tax and other deductions, such as social security contributions and healthcare contributions.

Position Summary:

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Customer Success Team Manager for the North America and Europe regions. This role will spearhead our efforts in ensuring exceptional post-sale experiences for our customers, fostering a customer-centric culture within the team, and leading the strategic development of our after-sales support and onboarding pipeline.

A successful candidate will be able to work cross-functionally with colleagues in software, hardware, material, and quality departments and quickly/deeply understand technical issues within a project. This candidate will often be in a customer-facing role and will be responsible for smooth delivery, installation, and management of key technologies and product solutions. We expect this candidate to be highly organized, experienced at client management, and collaborative across departments in different continents while maintaining a strong technical grasp of additive manufacturing technologies. This candidate will also be expected to be comfortable in a lab or manufacturing setting and will perform technical testing, product development, and audits.

A successful candidate will need to be able to communicate excellently and proactively, solve complex technical problems under pressure while presenting a professional face to clients, prioritize tasks, and think/act quickly and decisively in matters relating to software, hardware, and materials. While 3D Printing experience is preferred, quality candidates from other fields and walks of life are encouraged to apply. Bilingual ability in Mandarin is a plus, but not required. This position will be based in our Chicago office.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, or engineering field and >8 years of experience in technical customer support, or a master’s degree or higher in an equivalent field and >5 years of experience in technical customer support.

 

Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide expert-level support and diagnostics for both hardware and software components of LuxCreo's products.

Software Update Rollouts: Manage and oversee the publication of software update rollouts, ensuring that updates are effectively communicated and implemented for our customers.

Release Notes: Draft, publish, and communicate clear and concise release notes to inform our customers about the latest product updates and enhancements.

Ticket Management: Efficiently manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, and facilitating appropriate escalations when necessary.

Process Development: Design and implement robust infrastructure and processes to enhance customer support operations and efficiency.

Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a dynamic customer success team, ensuring consistent training, development, and performance evaluations.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and understanding their individual needs.

Onboarding & After-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive initial experience with LuxCreo.

Culture Building: Champion a customer-centric culture within the team, where every member is dedicated to enabling and engaging our valued customers.

Job Summary: 
The Junior Sales Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing order processing, analyzing sales data, assisting with project management, and coordinating sales-related events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Manage and oversee the complete order lifecycle, from input to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and logistics teams resolve order discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the order process.

 

Report Analysis:

  • Create and maintain sales dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs), including pipeline, bookings, and revenue metrics.
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement to support decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for internal stakeholders.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role (internship experience will be considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
