1. Is there any difference of treatment planning to your direct print aligner comparing to thermoform?

No difference in terms of setting up target position and staging. Our skilled technicians will add less or 0 attachments based on 4D Aligner™ unique design rules. We are always happy to take specific instructions from doctors to achieve better clinical results together.

2. How does my patient wear your aligners? Anything different from thermoform aligners?

Nothing different in terms of wearing protocols. Each aligner tray can be worn for 7-14 days dependent on your prescription. Patients are required to wear their aligners no less than 20 hours daily to achieve optimal results. No need to soak in hot water for wearing or removing their aligners.

3. What indications are suitable for 4D Aligner™?

Cases that are suitable for traditional thermoform aligners are all compatible with 4D Aligner™, i.e. crowding, spacing, open bite, deep bite, underbite and overbite, etc.

4. Anything else I need to remind my patients for wear and care these direct print aligners?

LuxCreo’s 4D Aligner™ is directly printed, which can temporarily trap food/beverage particles. This is fully reversible by following care steps.”
