What are the main components of the material, and is it recyclable?

The DCA material is multi-component based on our proprietary technology. Properties are similar to TPU. Though it is not
recyclable, it cuts 90% of the non-recyclable waste compared to a thermoforming process.

How much material is consumed to print one aligner?

6-7g for a single aligner, so one bottle for 100-120 aligners (2 patients).

Can I purchase your DCA resin to be printed on my printer, e.g. Formlabs?

No, DCA resin workflow is closed solution system. The full workflow needs to comply to registration to ensure safety and
efficacy.
