Outbound Sales Specialist

Position Summary:  

We are looking to hire a candidate who is inspired by the transformation happening with the latest advancements in 3D printing and wants to be part of this movement.  Candidates must have sales experience to hit the ground running.  This individual would be responsible for making first contacts with potential customers, maintaining good relationships with customers, and generating new leads.  Familiarity with 3D printing and related products and printing procedures is preferred. A successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and team-oriented disposition. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.


  • AA degree or Bachelor’s degree in communications, or equivalent
  • Experience in outbound sales


  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service
  • Use CRM database to keep track of new prospects
  • Conduct market research to develop warm leads
  • Understand customer needs and educate customers on company products
  • Engage with customers, respond to customer concerns and questions
  • Meet sales goals
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Function as an effective team member while supporting other departments
